As we say goodbye to to 2018, we are ready to jump into 2019 supercharged.

Current Updates:

Text Fields: We have added a new editing box for many of the notes fields in OBB to allow for better formatting. (emails included)
Absentee Report Starting last week the upgraded absentee report overall speed has been increased and now with the the last date that the member had attended. Note: As we are generating new data the current report will only work 7 to 10 days out till the end of the year then it will be able to catch up and pull the rest of the data.

Future Updates:

For the moment you have all been waiting for we are planning open full beta of the next OBB in January with a tentative release date for end of Jan 2019.
To achieve our goals we have to make a few adjustments to our overall plans as follows.
Due to the time constraints of getting the new updated core ready. Integrated Authorize.net payments, inline mobile barcode scanning, security levels development will be paused. We will also be pausing development on the native mobile apps for admin and check in for Android and iOS and encourage our members to use the new web version which has a 10X speed increase over the current web version.

Reports

In the new OBB will no longer be displayed inline. All reports will now generate a csv file that can be imported by your spreadsheet editor of choice on any platform. Ex: Excel, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, etc… We feel this change will let you quickly export this data into other software packages so that you can get your data where you need it to go.

After Launch:

We will be re-doing our old OBB tutorials with brand new ones that will showcase the new features and the speed of the platform. We will add a sample data feature so that new clients can get into the system and look around quickly.
